Stop thinking,
start being. Massage is a great way to do a "massage meditation". Focus on
the sensations you're experiencing and think about nothing else.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

What should I wear to The Spa?
Please wear whatever you find comfortable. We will provide you with a robe, pair of slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. If you prefer, you may bring a bathing suit for your hydrotherapy.

Should I eat before my spa treatment?
It is advisable not to have a heavy meal immediately before any spa treatments. Just like you would not, before a jog, swim or any vigorous exercise. However, you can have a light snack if you are really hungry.

When should I arrive for my treatment?
If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to be relaxed and be familiar with the facility.

Can someone help me decide on the best treatments or therapies?
A discussion with our spa therapist or client service officer can often help you decide between specific beauty and spa treatments, depending on your goals. For a comprehensive programme of treatments, our Spa consultant would be pleased to help you plan a programme to suit you. We invite you to call for an appointment.

Is there a limit to the number of treatments I should plan in a day?
You can have as many as you have time for. Our Spa consultant will suggest the best order for your treatments. You will, of course, have to make an appointment for the desired treatments to ensure availability.

What if I have special health considerations?
If you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, please be sure to notify our Spa consultant or receptionist before booking your treatments. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. We recommend that you do not consume alcohol during or immediately before or after your spa treatments.

What do I wear during my treatments?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. But you may keep your undergarments on during the treatments if you prefer. To protect your privacy at all times, any area of your body not involved in the treatment is properly draped.

Can I ask the therapist to adjust things to increase my comfort?
Definitely. This is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or your personal favourite from our specially blended oils, just ask (if it is included in the treatment).

What if I’m late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

What if I need to cancel a spa reservation?
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. To cancel without charge requires four hours notice.

Spa Etiquette

The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other spa guests by speaking softly or simply enjoying the silence.
